Amenities: waterfront views, viewing deck for shuttle launches, minutes from the beach, assigned/off-street parking, 24-hr emergency maintenance, laundry facilities. In-unit washer/dryer.

A maximum of two pets is permitted. Aggressive/restricted breeds prohibited (list available on request); ESA/service animals are exempt from breed restrictions and pet fees with documentation.
